Fried fresh duck foie with figs
"Francis' recipe"
For 4 people :
- 600g duck foie
- 12 ripe figs
- 4 soup spoons of rhododendron honey
- 15 cl water
Cook the figs in a covered saucepan with the water and honey.
Reduce until it has a sirop consistency.
At the same time, cut the foie into 1 cm slices and fry gently 4 to 5 minutes each side. Serve on a plate with decoration of your choice and cover with the fig sauce.
Have a good meal.
