The garbure is a complete meal, typically Bigourdan,

Then you will have the knuckle of pork, pork loin, stuffed duck's neck, pork and duck confit accompanied with vegetables (cabbage, leeks, turnips, potatoes, Tarbes haricot beans, carrots, garlic). Have a good meal.
