The chef, Francis St Martin, proposes regional cuisine, refined and light à la sauce Bigourdanne, based on fresh produce and flavoured with spices and herbs from the Cabaliros garden and sprinkled with a regional wine (Madiran, Pacherenc, Jurançon, Tariquet)

What could be more pleasant after a day in the open air, than having a meal in the welcoming atmosphere of our restaurant, or if you prefer on our terrace with it's excellent view of the valley.

Prices of menus between 18 and 50 €
Lunch : 15 € (1 starter + 1 main course or 1 main course + 1 dessert)
Average price of meal à la carte (starter, main course, dessert) : 38 €
