In a singular setting, at the heart of a small charming village of the High Pyrenees (Midi-Pyrenees region), facing the Argeles-Gazost valley, the Auberge le Cabaliros (hotel restaurant) offers you local traditional cuisine, calm and a welcome full of kindness and simplicity.

The Auberge is set in Arcizans Avant, at 650 m altitude, halfway between the valleys of Val d'Azun, and of Argeles-Gazost, on the way to the Gaves valley, the real crossroads between Cauterets, Gavarnie, Bareges and Luz Saint Sauveur with great places like the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the cols du Tourmalet or Aubisque, as well as so many other places respected by the Pyrenean people.

Your nights will be quiet, and your taste buds will be teased in this exceptional mountain setting whatever the season.

In order to serve you best, you will be welcomed by three generations !
Francis and Marie-Francoise St Martin, assisted by their son Laurent and his grandmother. They will offer you an anthology of Bigourdan identity : the simple and warm comfort of an old farm of Lavedan with a healthy and flavourful cuisine centred around the Garbure. .
