In a singular setting, at the heart of a small charming village of the High Pyrenees (Midi-Pyrenees region), facing the Argel-Gazost valley, the Cabaliros Inn (hotel restaurant) propose you the local gastronomy respecting the tradition, the calm and the welcome with kindness and simplicity.

The Inn is set in Arcizans Avant, at 650 m of altitude, halfway between the the Azun vale and Argeles-Gazost, on the way to the Gaves valley real crossroad between Cauterets,  Gavarnie, Bares and Luz Saint Sauveur with great places like the Midi Peak of Bigorre, the Tourmalet or the Aubisque passes and so many other places respected by the Pyrenees people any time.

Your nights will be quiet and your taste buds will be present in an exceptional mountain setting whatever the season..

In order to serve you at best , you will be welcomed by three generations !
Francis and Maire-Franise St Martin , assisted by their son Laurent  and his grandmother, propose you a lot of things relating to the Bigourdan identity : the simple and warm comfort of an old farm of Lavedan ,  a healthy and fla= vourful gastronomy around the Garbure (local cabbage soup with bacon).
