The atmosphere is warm, the tables well dressed around the fireplace or on the terrace. A few items from the old days remind us of the past, and the smells of the dishes made to suit the season floating through the air. The atmosphere is so pleasant.
We are open for lunch and for dinner. It is better to book your table as our cuisine has such a good reputation. For example on Friday night, we serve the Garbure in the tureen (traditional soup with cabbage and bacon). If you forgot to order it, you should do so next time.

We have some meat specialities from the region. You may taste the free-range veal and beef, lamb with its own A.O.C. label (regional quality control label) of Bareges Gavarnie, wild trout from the Pyrenees, free-range pork, fatty duck and the black pork of Bigorre.

Grillades de Mouton du Pays, Pavé de veau sauce morilles, steak de canard sauce au poivre, côte de Boeuf aux cèpes would each be a real pleasure for all those that enjoy their food.

If you wish to, you can choose un pigeonneau (a young pigeon) au choux et au foie gras, un magret de canard au gingembre confit au miel de rhododendron, a plate of fried duck foie gras with fruits of the season or a delicious boudin (home-made black pudding) with apples !

If you wish to, you can take a squab with cabbage and foie gras, duck breast candied ginger with rhododendron honey, unless you prefer a plate of fried duck foie gras with fruits in season or a delicious home-made black pudding (blood sausage) with apples !
